2017 - 2018 Registration
CMHA Pond Hockey begins in October, with ice times Monday and Friday from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. All Pond Hockey players will be provided with a jersey as part of registration.

Changes in Registration Fees for 2017:
1) Registrants will no longer be required to provide a $100 deposit for Raffle Tickets. We found over 75% of tickets were being purchased by the families themselves each year.
2) New this year, families who wish to offset their registration costs are able to sell Lethbridge Hurricanes fundraising packages from CMHA. These tickets will be available Sept 1st. Please email cmhafundraiser@gmail.com if you would like to obtain a package. More details to come.....
3) For those familes that require financial assistance, please contact KidSport and/or Jumpstart programs below by clicking on their logos. Each program has their own application process and requirements seperate from the cmha registration process.

COALDALE POND HOCKEY ONLINE REGISTRATION STEPS
Welcome to online registration! This process provides you with an easy way to register your children for minor hockey from the comfort of your home. And it offers you the option to pay in full or choose the payment plan. With the payment plan you pay a $100 deposit and the balance is split equally over the payment dates. Online Registration now requires you to have a valid credit card, a reloadable credit card or a credit card gift card to cover the whole amount of your chosen payment type.
Respect in Sport Parent
You are required to have completed the Respect in Sport Parent Course prior to registration. And as of 2018-19 season this will require renewing your certification every 4 years. If you have completed the course but have a new little one starting you can add them to your profile by logging in to the Respect in Sport Parent Course as if you are taking it again and then click on PROFILE and then CHILD MANAGEMENT and add your new little player so they get a hockey number. Pond Hockey depends on volunteer coaches and on ice helpers in order to be successful. CMHA appreciates any and all on ice volunteers, and anyone interested in helping is asked to contact coaldalepondhockey@gmail.com.
If you are planning on coaching or helping with the team in any way that requires you to be on the roster, you must also register yourself online. You can register you and your children all at the same time! You are also required to have completed the Respect in Sport Coach / Activity Leader Course. Follow this link https://registration.hockeycanada.ca/registration/?ID=350 and Create an Account (required once).
If you have a rural address put the Legal Land Location (Section-Township-Range) on address Line 1 and the P.O. BOX # on Line 2 – REQUIRED FOR ALL ADDRESS REQUESTS – Hockey Alberta requires this for verification of correct Minor Hockey Association.
Once you LOGIN, Choose Register Participant and then Enter the Name and Birthday (hockey number is not required) for the participant . The participant record will pop up at the bottom choose the REGISTER NOW link at the end . Follow the steps your child must register in the age appropriate division. You must be sure to put in contact information for two adults at every opportunity (even if registering an adult) . Once completed there will be a green success box that pops up. Choose CHECK OUT , then choose credit card and CHECK OUT again . Here you will be provided the option to pay in full or to choose an available Payment Plan Option . You will be emailed a receipt upon successful registration.
